My ackies never seem to shed their skin in one full motion.
There is normally little bitsl left and they are hard for them to get off.
They and a humid burrowing box / eg box.
What should the overall humidity be in the viv?
Any help appreciated _________________ 2.1 Heterodon Nasicus

Most lizard species do this, snakes having no limbs tend to shed in larger pieces or even whole skins. Lizards also have spines and crests etc and it makes shedding in one piece pretty tricky _________________ http://s124.photobucket.com/albums/p17/Bird-fly/

Nick, thats quite normal. I keep the humidity around the 70% mark. what substrate are you using? I use play sand/ soil mix & spray every couple of nights (i give it a good soaking). Keep an eye on the toes & tail tip as these are the places that can cause problems. |

Are yours adults? I dont feed my adults every day, but yes their appetite does go off slightly. Try missing a day or two. |

Hi Nick,
I will send you some roaches tomorrow or Monday. I have promised you these for ages, so huge apologies. I think I still have your address pm or e-mail to confirm and I will definitely get these sent out.
Cheers
