I looked into an albino redtail up for adoption on the classifieds and this is the response I got...

Hello,
Thank you for writing in relation to my redtail albino boa (Tata) that I want to give out for adoption.I insist Redtail Albino boa
He is a captive breed CB and is 11 months old.Very healthy and eats very well.He eats a mouse every 6 to 7 days.He is well tamed.
Where are you located.I am giving out this boy for adoption because I have a new job which is too demanding and I can not afford to give him the care he deserve.You will have to pay an adoption fee of 200 pounds.So if you are interested you get to me with your full address to enable me start preparation to deliver to you.I will like to deliver so that I see where Tata will pass the rest of his life.
Another condition is that you will not have to sale him to another person and will be furnishing me with pictures and update every month until Tata is 2 years.
His picture is in the attachment.

I've seen a few of these before and feel that people should be wary. The reading of it is self explanatory to suggest this is not genuine. Why does it have to be delivered? Why cash up front so the person can plan to deliver etc.

I'll let you decide.

they would write back yes ...we can get them ...lol
