Hi checked my eggs incubating this morning to find one egg was hatching and the baby was half way out but did not look so good. I did not touch it because i don't want to interfer. Went to work and when i came home it had escaped the egg and was just laid listless in a corner of the egg box. I know they will be exhausted when they hatch. Should i just leave it alone and see what happens or is there anything i can do. The other eggs are not showing any signs of hatching at the moment. The eggs are on 58 days.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
Sheila

Hi Lynne

I did what you said and put it on the rock under the heat lamp, and within 2 minutes it was running round the tank. Laughing I am crying with relief it my 1st ever baby beardie.

Thank you ever so much for your quick thinking.

I am so relieved.

Sheila

Thank you ever so much Lynne, I was so worried about it. I just can't take my eyes off it, it is so tiny and the cutest thing i have ever seen.
