if anyone is going i would suggest to go really early,i just went to the meadowhall boom signing and there was no chance in this world of me getting a book signed Crying or Very sad

there was maybe a 1000 people there wanting stuff signed plus whsmiths had run out of his book Laughing

dont you love it when a plan comes together.i did get a picture of him though on my phone and then a big security guy stopped people from taking pics Rolling Eyes

i was gonna go into the 'crane' and waste him but i let him off Laughing

Oh that's a shame Jamie. Years ago he came to our local park (they'd opened a butterfly house) and we didn't go. My Dad said it'll be packed and we won't get anywhere near him. Turns out only a handful of people turned up. Typical - my Dad still kicks himself now. Embarassed

yeah i was a bit gutted jackie espec as id booked half a days holiday Crying or Very sad

then just to make matters worse while i was in meadowhall i thought id call in jessops and see if my lense had come for my camera so the guy spends 0.5 of a second looking and tells me 'no it hasnt come' then i gets home and within 20 mins jessops are on the phone telling my lense has come :evil:good job it was a msg and i didnt answer Evil or Very Mad

Got my book signed and some photos with him after a total waiting time of 3 hours Laughing

Definitely worth it though!

Awwww, I would have done if i'd known you were there! Smile

Although by the time I got to the front, they were only allowing one book per person because of time issues.... was a shame, I wanted to get my Planet Earth book signed as well Sad
