It is a shame. His livefoods and service used to be great...

Hopefull hell be less busy soon, come on the forum and have a bit more communication.

I had problems with him regarding my Yemens, long story really. First was agreed to send them to me as soon as possible, but then told me the courier does not do the shipping over Winter. Fair enough. I contacted him so many times until I have to ask BN admin as well as the admin to help me out. The very next day, I was told no Yemens anymore and would send me the refund. So that's that. I understand he might going through some sort of difficulties but whatever that was, at least I got my refund back, only just pretty disapointed.

I ordered live feed from him before the Yemen, it took a couple of weeks to get to me.

I have put positive comment in the past and recommended him to my friends, but now I don't think I will TBH. But whatever the reasons are, I wish him all the best and hope he can get everything sorted soon.

Rick sent me my lobsters as requested, and hung on to another order for me (over the christmas period) as again requested, sending them promptly in the new year.
Sorry Rick, the cultures are up and running know and i am breeding loads for my herps and mantids cheers Very Happy
