Whilst checking the geckos yesteday, I found my amel fat tails have started laying eggs.....found 10 so far but due to me not realising they were laid, all are past saving now Sad .

Still, it's the beginging of the season, they have fresh nest boxes....so fingers crossed for a good year.

Anyone else working with fat tails?

Scott

I think I'd be crying if I lost ten amel eggs, but I know how easy it is with these guys. I've lost more than I've found lol...

I have a small group of 2.4, all wild-type. Wouldn't mind one or two amels though....

To be honest, I've only just started cooling mine. Planning to warm mine up around March. I've been experimenting with staggering the 'winter' with different species.

Mark.
