Hello,

Last week my girlfriend took pictures of some of my animals. I hope you guys like them:

First my R. auriculatus. The striped animal is a female.

This is my other R. auriculatus. This animal seems to be a male (fingers crossed)

And now some photographs of my R. chahoua. I have a 2.2 and I've gotten 4 offspring (with 2 eggs cooking as we speak) from them this season. The first picture is of one of my females.

Cute little baby:

One of my males:

My R.leachianus (we have a 1.1). This is the female Smile

And here the male

and again the male, nice isn't he!

And here a snapshot of my setup. These are not all of my terrariums.

I hope you guys enjoyed the pictures!

cheers,

Tariq Stark

Hi Tariq, we have never managed to breed our chahoua ,so well done. I have a question, did the female guard the eggs as it says they do?. Are the leachies henkels, they are lovely. Smile

Thank you Scott. I am from the Netherlands but my last name is German. Don't let my first name fool you, I'm not arabian Wink (I just had parents who thought they were real comedians, hahaha)

Thank you. I've writtin a seven page article about this species for Lacerta and the Gekkoworkgroup (wich I'm the president of). The females here do stay with the eggs but don't bite and growl when I remove the eggs.

Our R. leachianus (I share this pair with my girlfriend Marlies, also active on this board) are probably R. leachianus leachianus. The male of the parents of our animals is at least the nominat form.
