I found this and the other BIAWAK issues very informative and have got some great pics. The website has also got loads more articles which you can download. I especially liked the first issue with the article on captive breeding of bosc monitors. I wonder how many pairings it would take to seriously reduce the amount of CF/WC boscs imported into this country? As Ive read they can have up to 3 clutches a year which can contain up to 40 eggs. Is there seriously that much demand for them! I remember maybe a year ago a couple of people on this forum were trying to breed boscs, i wonder how they got on? If i remember correctly there was one person on this forum that had successfully breed boscs there is a thread with pics around somewhere. |
