Gorgeous. Mr Gandalf is fab - he actually looks smaller than he is in the pic.

Hiya Jackie, yes Gandalf does look smaller in the photo, and it looks like Arawen is a Henkels. To answer your question Scott W Gandalf is 14.5 ins and Arawen is 10.5 ins.

Aww that's a shame Julie - Lauren was saying she was doubting Arwens locality. Dobby is just short of 10 inches now - hasn't she grown..lol. She's an Island E henkeli.

Very Happy

Hi Jackie, not sure which locality she's from, Dobby is looking great, but then again she does eat , unlike ours. Laughing

Do you guys feed livefood to your leachies.Mine are on t-rex LGD, mashed bananas and apricot baby food.I'm just wondering weather it would be more natural to give them some crickets, every so often. Will they miss not having them ,although there not particulary nutritious unless dusted.

I've had mine since she was a month old (Julie and her daughter Lauren brought her back from Hamm for me). She was a fussy eater and only started eating livefood (crickets etc) when she was six months old. She's just over two now and will eat pretty much anything. She loves fuzzies (her weekly treat). I would offer as much variety of foods as you can. I personally think it's a good idea to offer them livefoods. Leachies don't really move much so the hunting is good excercise for them...lol. I have found that mine doesn't like waxworms but loves the moths.

Post pics of your two please Thomas..... Very Happy
