I am planning on refurbish an old viv that a friend of mine has given me (basically starting it from new it has been that run down). It is 5ft by 2ft by 2ft.
1) It needs a repaint both inside and outside as it looks nasty with all these scratches and scuff marks. What paints/varnishes would be more suitable?, or would a vinyl covering be better?
2) What would be suggested for the flooring, it currently has by the looks of it old kitchen tiles.
3) I am putting my plated in it. Currently it is in a tank with a 5.0 15inch UVB light, a 50watt Sunglow basking spot light and an heat mat. Would I be able to use the same set up?
Thanks in advance Ron _________________ 1.1.0 Major Plated Lizard

1 well for the first one i woul use a plastic sheet aquarium background
2 i would use a mix of sand and bark about 30% sand and 70% bark and i would just put that right on top of the tiles
3 i woul just keep it how it is
