i have a pair of hondurans which are over two years old and i am considering cooling them down for next year but wanted to know what weight they should be or size??? thanks matt _________________ just a couple of reptiles! to keep me out of trouble! |

Well Usually you go by the "3 Rule"
3 Feet In Length, 3 Years Old and 300 Grams minimum weight.
i Would wait until next year, just because the female is only 2 years old. You could probably get away it, but it would be a big ordeal on the female. |

Three rule is far too small for Hondurans, it is best not to breed before 3 years but by then a female should be about 1000 grams and well over 4 feet long. _________________ John

the 3x3 rule is for corns, havent heard of it used for any other snake. _________________
