Hi everyone!
I've been reading these forums for a while now just trying to absorb some random knowledge and today I decided to sign up and say hi.
My name is Matt, I'm 23 and in a boring internet support job. I have a young beardie at the moment called Nefarian (although everyone calls him dude) and he's quite a character.
Before Dude I had a chinese water dragon and a mexican red knee although this was 4-5 years ago and I have only just come back to the world of exotics.
Anyway I've been bitten by the bug again and I'm thinking what my next move should be. I'm open to any suggestions (not snakes, my brother has one and while I enjoy handling it I'm just not really interested in them). I think what I'd really like next is another tarantula or maybe an emperor scorp.
I've always been fascinated (and a little bit scared) by tarantulas and scorpions. Let me know if you have any suggestions! _________________ And God said unto John 'come forth and be immortal' but he came fifth and won a toaster. |

Hi Matt, welcome.
Plough through plenty of photos, find something you like and then check out it's care and needs. If they fit with you, then bingo...your next exotic _________________

thanks for the warm welcome all
just in the middle of a monster email argument with my gf, think its safe to say she isnt a fan of spiders and scorps but then my argument is she didnt like my beardie until i got him, now she loves him!
also, just went home for lunch and he's shed half his face off, he's got gorgeous orange and dark grey stripes underneath! _________________ And God said unto John 'come forth and be immortal' but he came fifth and won a toaster. |
