|
|
Some of you may have read the topic about my vivariums. Because of the fact that the bottom broke do i have to build new vivariums.
Here are the new building plans. I'm gonna build two vivariums of this design. one for my crocodileskinks and one for my pink tonguedskink male that is in a very deep sleep right now.
Design open so you can see you I'm gonna separate the section for the lamps from the part of the lizards
Design closed. It is the plan to make the front is such a way that i can open the light section like a drawer. So i can access the lamps all the time.
I'm planning on buying all the wood next week so more picture's of the building are placed later on

In the meanwhile i made some progress. The picture's of putting the vivarium together are on my telephone which is laying at the repair shop so those follow later on.
Here are the picture's of how the build is going.
Everything is made of 18mm wood. I only need to order glass and finish the light box. As you can see in the picture's while building the empty vivariums are housing all my insects and the cb African giant snails. The bottom one is meant for my pink tongued skink (and hopefully a female) and the top one is meant for my crocodile skinks

i did think about that The shelf where all the temporary curverboxes with all the skinks are standing is empty when these two are finished so that shelf is for hatching's and insects. _________________ Proud owner of
