hey how's it going. i keep two african bull frogs housed seperatly. i have been told by quite a few members and herp friends that african bull frogs tend to be canabalistic so its not a good idea to keep um together. im sure some other members here will agree if not dont listen to me i keep mine on a heat mat with a 2ft uvb bulb. bare in mind i have a 4ft tank divided into two. i hope this helps _________________ Leopard Geckos

It is possible to house to pixies together, on the other hand, there's no real benefit of doing so, and there is a big risk of them fighting and competing for food.
these are "sit and wait" predators and movement triggers there hunting response's.
also the pixies wouldn't have to necessarily eat each other, a bite could cause infection and lead to death
just keep the pixies separate with couple inches of Eco earth a heatmatt and a swallow water bowl. |
