I'm looking for a small roach to feed my frogs as art of the diet.

Basically I need nymphs around 3-4mm... any one know?

Red runners are so small when they first hatch you feel them walking over your hand before you can see them properly - or is that just me lol?

They don't climb, the male tend to lose their wings quite quickly with the females battering them and non of my boys have every flown. Very easy to keep and produce eggs so you can remove the 'goat droppings' as I call them into a separate tub so they hatch separate to the parents making life a lot easier when it comes to getting the babies. I know some friends of mine had a few egg casings and adults to setup his own colony for some really small lizards I think and he puts the egg casings in with the lizards so they can feed when the babies hatch.

The guys in this pic are the small red and black one's at about 6 wks old with a smaller one of about 3 wks, prior to that stage they are almost see thru but their eyes are big lol.
