I'm busy getting as much under my hat about these spp. as I'm wanting to get a pair of each in the new year.
Would any one keeping and breeding these guys.
and if any one has some expected hatchlings please pm me.

olive pythons can get quite large 8 foot and more a distinct possibility, they also have to put it mildly rather unpredictable temperaments,and are generally not an overtly friendly reptile,as for water pythons they as far as i know are much the same but obviously more aquatic.  _________________ we all have the spark of divinity within us, but are we responsible enough to use it? |

I've got a Macklotts python bit snappy in the cage, out the cage very hand-able, smaller than the olive 6-8 foot depending on male or female. From what I've read Olive's can reach the 9-10 foot mark, lovely looking snake but I've had to settle for the poor mans Olive snake and I've not been disappointed yet.
