Setup looks mint Wink

Cereal containers are from ASDA, marked up as £2.50 but £1.93 at checkout Very Happy

Set-up looks fantastic, what made you switch over?

Basically I got fed up with the 'add water instant internet experts' that pop up like unwanted mushrooms everywhere. Evil or Very Mad and after keeping snakes and lizards for about 38 years I decided to have a radical change. Very Happy
It seemed to me that everywhere I went there was a 'read one book expert' sprouting off their wisdom to all and sundry and I got totally Teed off with it all so I decided to sell up and the rest is history.
I think I was a bit hasty as some of my geckos took me years to source then settle in and to start breeding.
Ah well no use crying over spilt milk cos it doesnt get you anywhere.
Now I can post on one of the spider forums and not have someone sprouting off something they had just copied from a TFH book Laughing Laughing

I wouldnt know because I have never sprayed nor will I ever spray a spider or its enviroment. Surprised
Spraying or misting does nothing apart from stressing the spider and raising the ambient humidity for a brief period ( for a few hours at the most).
To have a contant humidity in a smallish container, the substate need to be properly hydrated.

If anyones interested this is my collection SO FAR...... Laughing Laughing

You've only versis? Few purpurea would be nice add...
And Latrodectus are only so classic that everyone should have even one hanging somewhere around. Or then not.

Maybe I'll just leave this....
