my 07 het albino female is striking out every time i go never her, although she has never bitten me its onlya matter of time.
she is in the 9lt RUB with hide any sujestions how to calm her down.
she eatswell every 5-6days |

she may just be trying for a head butt!!! although i could be wrong. have you moved her tub or are you doing anything differantly that could upset her!!! one of mine goes for my head everytime i walk past her tub. i moved her into the general hub of the snakeroom and she is slowly getting out of the habit. do you smell of anything ie mice, rats etc!!!

you may just have a feisty one on your hands !!! id leave her be , let her settle in and see if she calms down . i reckon getting bitten kind of a comes with keeping snakes ! after a while you get used to it

i dinny want to get bitten!!!! my hoggy got me once and i took a reaction to the venom. was ill for a week. then he acted all innocent!!!

ouch ! you should buy huge gaunlet gloves lynne (and a nose guard too )
im still always surprised at the speed when they get you !!!!

It always brings a wry smile to my face when I read that Royals have such sweet dispositions... Of the eight that I have, two of them are very partial to a bit of human flesh  Get one that is gentle and they are lovely, but get a toe-rag of a biter and care is needed when handling |

well....if i go in with my bare hand he hisses, but if i put his favorite rubber glove on he goes all gooey and nice. he likes rubber i imagine!!!! lol. quasi, my lot are all ok, apart from the cinny. but she got everyone elses bad tempers. she is a total psycho, but i love her all the same. i just need to remember keep my face out way, as its not arms or hands she goes for, it the face. i would imagine that would hurt. hey....i could try the hoggies rubber glove on my head
