Dont go near Twisted Evil , an active royal during the day is usually an upset royal.

Only buy a royal that can be shown to be eating defrost easily without any problems, from someone who is recomended or gives impression of really looking after the animal, other than that don't touch with a barge pole unless you are experienced and know what you are doing.
Most shop royals are CFs and i would not advise anyone but a very experienced keeper to buy one.
