Hello,
I am Daniel, 33 years of age, located in Germany (Lower Saxony).
I am an enthusiast of Varanus species, i.e. treemonitors. I am working together with my friend Andreas on successfully keeping and breeding those spectacular monitor lizards.
We are currently keeping Varanus prasinus, Varanus macraei, Varanus boehmei, Varanus reisingeri, Varanus prasinus beccarii. And, last but not least, Varanus tristis orientalis and Varanus similis.
Some species we have aldready bred successfully, e.g. Varanus prasinus and Varanus similis since 3 years in a row. Currently we have a clutch of Varanus macraei eggs in the incubator.
I am looking forward to get in contact with some other monitor enthusiasts, so we can gain experience from each other.
Cheers,
Daniel _________________ www.baumwarane.de

Hi !
Thanks for your welcome.
Indeed, a lot of monitors. But we are aiming to possess and breed each legally available species of the tree monitors. So, we´re on the way.
Crazy enough, absolutely enthusiastic and having fortune with increasing breeding success, so we are able to re-finance new animals. Best conditions to become the craziest of the crazy !
