hi are hognose like kingsnakes and milksnakes that they will eat each other

Hognoses are not cannibalistic by nature like the kings and milks, but there is nothing to stop them from eating each other like any other snakes.

I house all of mine separate, but I have kept them successfully in pairs without any problems, if you do keep them together its best to separate them at feeding and to keep a male with a female, not 2 males together.

i have two baby hognose there kept together in the same cage the female always eats but the male doesn't really eat as much as id like should i separate them .

I would try seperating to see if that helps..you never know it maybe getting stressed in with the other one..give it a try,nothing to lose.

I keep adult pairs together but after a close call with two hatchlings I house all hatchlings/subs seperately.

Hatchlings can be a very greedy babies, so therefore 1 mouse doesn't always fill them up. And with there hungry feeding response they may grab there cage mate.
