I decided to go for a small hike this morning, but ended up going herping with my my mate Liam and a friend of his. We found a single female common frog and countless smooth and palmate newts of various ages.Unfortunately my camera's battery died before we got to the majority of the newts... Heres a few of my pictures:

thanks guys-yeah, was good craic. You wouldn't belive that these pics were all taken within 5 min walking distance of some of the major roads in Glasgow!

WOW i could not believe there where taken in Scotland it looks like new zeland or some tropical rain forest. great shots! Very Happy
