Just thought id post these pics here.Ive posted these on a few a cpl of sites in aussieland.With a lot of help from crocdoc on trying to sex this lacie who now is ovulating or is gravid i thought id post a cpl of them here.
We have been unsure for a while now as i did purchase her as a male. Is a lot smaller than the 2 males i keep.

Well, it's probably not ovulating. Ovulation only lasts about a day, occurs around when the pair cease mating and the female acts as though she has a really sore abdomen. The abdomen tends to be quite turgid and the female tries really hard not to put weight on her belly, whereas your animal (if it is a female, rather than an underdeveloped male) is resting with its belly spread out and relaxed.


Here's a comparison shot of my female lacie resting normally (lower photograph) and when ovulating (upper photograph) in almost exactly the same spot. These photos were taken only two or three days apart, but you can see how uncomfortable she looks in the top shot, arching her back to avoid putting her full weight on her belly.
