Hi everyone I'm usually in the general gecko section but i am looking to own cresties in the near future and was just looking for some advice.
Could anyone suggest a Viv size that would accommodate say two babies and size they would need as they grew.
And basically some general advise please.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.

plenty plenty threads in here for you to go nosing about in .
im sure a lot of aidens posts in here will answer your questions as he has/is about to buy two .
i keep 1.3(male.female) in the largest exo terra and they seem to have enough space with no fighting that i have witnessed .
i also have 5 babies (1 month old) in a 12x 18 exo terra . and two one week old in a small petpal.
if you do like them and are looking to buy PM me, , my babies will be available in a couple of months _________________ Eyeless frogs welcome...

Hi Negri thank you would you advise just getting 1 to start with or do they enjoy the company of another . I have loads of ferplast small animal tanks from when i bred Gerbils and a spare small exoterra so should be no problem there.
I will take you up on your offer because i have looked to see how easy it is to get them in Edinburgh and cant find any. Still need to do a bit of research.
Thanks

think it depends on the gecko if they like each others company . .
my adults and babies sometimes end up in the same sleeping spot .
males arent meant to be kept together once they get to breeding age as the get a bit aggressive but girls can be kept together as long as they have enough space .
a small exo terra would be ok for babies but would need to get a bigger one for when they are adults .
i have 7 babies and hopefully another six eggs to hatch so will have a selection _________________ Eyeless frogs welcome...

Hi Gemma
I'd go for the exo terra 60*24*60, that will last their entire life time.
I also wouldn't specifically say just get one if you eventually want 3 anyway as it is much much harder adding animals to existing groups.
Also if you do use the exo terra, REMOVE the polystrene backing until the geckos are about half grown other wise they will hide behind it.
If you looking for any cresteds, I have quite a few ready for sale now and will be at the Essex show in a couple of weeks or can courier them for £26 to anywhere _________________

Ok thanks i think i would go for a bigger one, I went through all the difficulties of adding members to an existing group with my Leopard geckos so i will take that into consideration this time round i wouldn't b able to get them right now got a few cats vet bills to answer for till next month but i will start getting the ball rolling. Have you got any pics of the geckos your selling just so i can get an idea of what morphs you have available. _________________ Altogether i have a zoo of 45 scaley's and slimey's

People are welcome to add into a post that they have something for sale so long as they didn't start the thread in order to advertise and the reply also contains MORE than just "I have some for sale" i.e. the post also must contain Help/Advice etc Stuart, you must be confused on what forum this is.....We've not that OVER modded reptile forum that has more rules than members _________________
