I have started a facebook page about dwarf caiman for anyone that is interested in joining, do a search in facebook for cuviers dwarf caiman...

Had the pleasure of holding a metre long Cuvier's yesterday (and a common) - stunning animal, and very strong - almost got me  . First time holding crocodilians, and I think they sensed that - could feel the tension in their bodies. Very calm with other people who they're used to whenever moved normally.
Trouble is hold them tight and they start to struggle, and not hold them tight enough and they can bite you 
All good fun!
(PS> I don't condone handling crocodilians unless necessary)

Where I work - And on reflection, was probably 4ft (rather than a metre - 3 feet). It;s not on display to the public though.
