ive just got my baby crested geckos ziggy and im just saying on exo terra terrariums theres a gap at the top above the backboard and my crested gecko ziggy went behind the board and i went in to a panic attack but ive just found out that actaully if your gecko goes behind the board its not a problem because they will just come back up but ive blocked the gap on mine with bamboo!!

I just moved the background further up on mine.. n wedged some paper in the gap Glad ur gecko is ok  _________________

Bit of an over reaction no? the title makes it seem like something horrific happend when in reality it's normal if you havnt looked at a vivarium properly before placing an animal in it _________________ Paul

I remove the backing from mine anyway as it annoys me when the crix decide to set up home at the top! |

yea its much more annoying tryng to get crickets/roaches out of there .
they set up camp and theres no moving them without emptying the tank _________________ Eyeless frogs welcome...

I found that if you roll up some moss it about a cigar sized roll and jam it in the gap it stops most things including crickets from hiding behind the backing and it looks reasonable as well  _________________ People laugh at me because I am different
