I have one female mouse here that always has huge litters like between 14-19 so far, is there anything to it or is she just able to store more or something?

One of her litters.

It's the breed of mice. Those bred for labs are bred to have large litters compared to those bred and sold as pets. Some rather unscrupulous types sell albino per mice as those that are used for lab supplies.

These are pet shop mice though, so not sure if they would be lab ones?
The mums the same type of pattern as the babies and i thought lab mice where albino types?

Some are and some are as MJ said coloured. It seems you got lucky and got a breed that was bred for large litters.

Will it be passed onto the babies?
If it will then I won't feed the next litter off like normal.

It should be but it can depend on the father. Keep a couple of the females and see.

They won't be lab mice, these (lab mice ) MUST come from an accredited home office approved dealer / breeder and would cost you a lot more than from a pet shop ( around £20 and upwards of / mouse depending on the strain and other specifics last time I heard)
Some mice just breed better than others depending on environmental factors food quality etc but will also burn out faster than those that have smaller litters
Also lab mice come in a variety of colours from albino to black, and lots inbetweenies there are probably around 100 strains ( could be a lot more ) and sub-strains of mice, believe it or not, including, I s**t you not "hairless"
