A viv would be a good start...i prefer contiboard vivs with mesh doors but there are many options out there. For a single male ideally you want a 3x3x2.
- uv starter unit. (get the waterproof version) with a 5.0 tube.
- spotlamp fitting with a 100W spotlamp bulb (if you make one will cost you about £3. you can buy the plug/wire/bulb holder from hardware shops)
- A thermostat for the spotlamp fitting to plug into. You can get either the dimming stat or a temp stat (i use the latter)
- Some pretty leaves. Use either live or silk plants. Plenty of nice climbing branches that are a good size for gripping.
- A nice sprayer for misting.
You DO NOT need a waterbowl/waterfall/fogger. |
