Am I weird by keeping an unsuccsessful hatchling in the freezer?!
Ive wrapped it in kitchen paper, that in newspaper, then put it all into a freezer bag. I figured that pinkies are fine that way, and of course, this isnt going to be eaten...by anything!
Ive kept it for a few reasons realy, the first being to educate my son`s, but also as a size reminder of how fast they grow, and also as I have no garden to bury the little guy, and I have a problem "letting go"!
Am I the only one that has done this? _________________ 1.1.7 Bearded Dragons

each to his own, id bury him somewhere, even in a friends garden, it would take 2 mins, i'd just take a picture of him for the size reference, i think any animal you lose deserves to be buried, id not like to be in a freezer indefinitely, im sure you will let go sooner or later oh,, give him a name first! |

Well, ok, Ill meet you half way, Ill name him... Zebad (my 8 yr old helped with naming!)
But we went to the Natural History Museum last week, and was inspired at how collections get started!
Think Ill keep him a bit longer, not sure how long, or what for, but I may need it for something?!

I have preserved many things in alcohol if that helps, mainly my kidneys and liver.
Not been to the Natural History Museum in years, or the Science Museum both good fun as far as I can remember. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk
