These baby hoes are so small its unreal, maybe a bit premature, sadly; nine were born, two survived, two landed on the plant near the basking spot and never had a chance to get out of their egg sacks, the other five I found dead on the floor. Unfortunately I was not about when they were being born.
Not sure if these two will survive or not but they have been going for a few days now so fingers crossed. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk

The hoes give birth to live young and gestate for approximately 150 days. Females, depending on size and maturity, bear between 4 - 22 live babies and females may give birth 2 times a year. _________________ www.rickslivefood.co.uk
