I'm setting up a new viv for the pair of Fiji's I'm picking up in september, but I have a problem. I'm using a Herptek viv for them (90x60x100cm).
All UV-heat lamps get to warm within the range off decent UV-radiation. I need the UV, butt I don't need all the heat... These are the only lamps I know off that give off enough UV-B. A thermostat seems not be working with these lamps, cause they need time to cool off.
Someone who knows how I can fix this problem? |

We're currently waiting for our first shipment of 220/240v 60 watt externally ballasted Mega-Ray Narrow Floods, these supply the same excellent levels of UVB but don't kick out as much heat at the self-ballasted MVB lamps. Expected in the next few weeks. |
