Hi iv just been through all the pages on here and found nothing on australian water dragons... does anyone keep these species if so plz plz plz post some pics or tell me about urs i have a male and female that im looking to breed in the next 2 years when my male is a little more mature

This is probably my favourite species of lizard. I have about 10 adults/subadults. I keep them outdoors all year round. They are a much more cold tolerant species than people imagine. Mine are kept in an open top outdoor viv and are exposed to MILD frosts and are ok with that as long as they are underground.
This year I have around 55 babies born. They lay small clutches of eggs normally around 7 eggs only. I feed them mostly giant mealworms, roaches and ocassionally small fluff mice (dead).
