I don't have a detailed care sheet but i can give you some pointers. Doreanus are magnificent monitors to work with. They are often very flighty and many keepers experience the "empty cage" syndrome when they are acclimatising (this can take a few months) where they will hide allot of the time. They are definitely not the "hand on" type.

Provide an enclosure as large as you can. Vertical space will be greatly appreciated as they love to climb. High humidity is another must, around 70% ambient. For substrate i found that 18-24" of compost (not manure based) and leaf litter almost saturated with water works great.

Doreanus are very susceptible to burns so ensure you monitor you basking spots carefully. A small bank of low wattage floods (40-50 watt) works well, ensure the basking spot covers at least the snout to vent length of the animal without and breaks or cool spots.

They also love to swim and submerge in water. I cat litter tray or large plastic container works well. You will find they will usually quickly mess this up so it is dirty but they do this on purpose so they can submerge out of sight.

They will eat a large variety of foods but i have found that adult mice and locust were a favorite. It is advised to feed multiple smaller meals as apposed to one large one.

Here are a few pics of my Doreanus and her enclosure.
