I found Aurics to breed as easily as Cresteds but they can be more aggressive with each other, make sure their are loads of hides and I use two food bowls placed away from each other to reduce possible tension.

I find that if you have kept them apart there is no need to cool them. Each of my males just gets put in with a female and within a couple of hours he's done the deed. As they can be aggressive I take the male out after a couple of days and put him back in his own viv until next year.

And the same to you. Smile

Yep just the once gets a seasons worth of fertile eggs (around 4 - 5 clutches). The male stays in the females viv for up to a week (approx sometimes I will take a male out the following night). I put them together February/March time.
