Hi all.
I have recently noticed how tatty my exo-terra back ground had become, small scrapes & scratches (from my ackies claws). after reading some posts regarding fake rock back grounds, i decided to do this to my exo-terra. all i did was remove the background & coat with waterproof PVA & sand. i found kiln dried sand (used for block paving) was best, as it is dry & very fine. paint on the PVA & sprinkle on sand. leave for 24 hours. i did 3 coats in all. has turned out great. much tougher than original. |

Just a quick Q, do your ackies climb up the back now? Or is it just to look nicer? Been thinking of doing something similar for my Beadies, to increase the viv useability! _________________ 1.1.7 Bearded Dragons
