How often to you feed your crested geckos?

I was thinking, I have never really stuck to a feeding schedule but usually feed my cresties every other night with 3-4 crickets each or CGD. I have 1 subadult and 2 juvies. I fed every day with CGD when they were youngsters... I haven't read about a recommended feeding regime, so I don't want my geckos to become overweight as their growth slows down and they become adult.

Can any of the more experienced keepers let me know about their feeding regimes to keep the geckos in tip top shape for breeding and not obese

I was wondering about this the other day too, I've never stuck to a strict feeding regime either but they usually get fed crickets every couple of days and CGD every other day and then I try baby food and fruit every now and again.....
I'm trying to come up with a feeding schedule to stick to but its difficult when you've ran out of CGD!!!! Evil or Very Mad

Wouldn't class myself as an experienced keeper but I always make sure there is a bowl of CGD or paste in the tank. And then give about 3 roaches each every couple of days.

i dont have a timetable a such ,

but there is cgd/babyfood/banana in the viv 90% of the time .

some days it gets eaten in no time and other days it look like it doesnt get touched

i put crickets/roaches in a couple of times a week and i like to try to get each one to at least eat one while i watch .
