I've just been given some stick insects by a guy I work with (he doesn't know the species, at a guess I'd say unarmed or common indian, but they're still young so it's hard to tell).
at them moment they are sharing a vivarium with my leaf insects, since they eat the same things, and are at room temperature.
will they be OK, or should I set up my other vivarium?
on another note, one of them only has one leg left (now named bit, as it is only a bit of a stick insect). what are the chances of it surviving for any length of time? |

i doubt the 1 with 1 leg will last very long but keeping the leaf insects n stick insects together should be fine they both slow movers and i doubt there is anyway they could harm each other

Watch the other sticks around leaf insects when older!
They have been known to chew on leaf insects.
If one leg was an adult it would mange a fair while, if a nymph no way of shedding so kinda to let it go now. _________________ Shaz
