|
|
Im debating whether its worth getting the train down to exeter for the show, 2 and a half hour ride and £50 for a return ticket!
Its gonna be my first show and hopefully getting a reptile or two but is it ok taking them back on the train and what could i transport them in?
also anyone have any clue as to what reps might be there?
thanks,
chris |

its not a bad train ride I've gone from London to Exeter many a time and its actually very nice.
As for taking animals on the trains I've had everything from dart frogs to fruit bats with me each time so thats not a worry
transport in a polly box. _________________ Paul

Doubt it mate, just go to a fish monger they have loads and after a good clean they work well. or a petshop even they have them from time to time. _________________ Paul

Last year I believe the BRAS show had 600 visitors (don't quote me though)...ERE had over 800. Not sure how many tables Barking had booked this year, but ERE already has over 60 - and will have more by the time the show comes round on 18th August.
I've also been told that at least 8 tables have been taken by some Germans - some of whom exhibited at the show last year, and therefore feel it is worth the journey to repeat it.
Was going to try to arrange some minibusses from Scotland and London, however didn't get around to it this year (would have worked out cheaper than train). Will try next year instead.
