About a year ago we had alot of trouble with aol and after a very lengthy phone call i'd had enough and asked for my account to be cancelled and was told i couldnt because it was a Sunday after i had finished laughing i asked to be put through to a manager and they cut me off.
Now thats customer service.....thing is im still with them

I've been with them for about 12 years and never had any problems,
cant see why everyone calls them AOHell
