Sounds interesting.
Hve you replaced the other Reptile Shop in Canterbury?, If I remember right that was in Northgate. I visited it only once, but I wasn't impressed.
The collection was rather limited and the water in some of the bowls had layers of scum, giving the impression they hadn't been changed for a while.
I witnessed all this, while listening to the shop worker run down other Reptile stores that I frequent and have no problem with.
Another thing I didn't like was animals weren't priced up, whether true or not, this always makes me feel that the sale price depends on who is asking.
I will pop along, maybe even on your opening day. _________________ 31August2008-Kent Reptile Show (Amphibians & Inverts welcome) for more information & Booking e:mail: mrac@sky.com |

hey rick drop me an email sometime soon as i have some things id like to discuss with you.
for those who inquired thus far the answer is yes, we will be replacing the store that is currently there. its address is 70 northgate.
i wont go much into detail about my problems with the store currently, but rest assured, it will be a lot better than you may have seen before hand.
we will have a lot of bread and butter stuff, but done well.
a lot of our animals will be imported from the US, so if anyone is into breeding some of their current owns, it will help mix up the blood lines a bit to prevent 5 legged animals.
the first month will of course not be the greatest in history as we will be getting everything moving and getting things in. but we will keep our stock moving so we will constantly be getting new things in.
we will also be TOTALLY open to trades and buying things in (so keep that in mind if you have stuff you want to switch up a bit).
we are planning on starting a junior herpatological club as well for any of you that have children youd like to pry away from their video games for a little bit.
we will have no problem tracking down specific animals that you may want if you need something we dont have in stock.
we hope that a few of you will stop in and give us input on our store, just mention you are from the forums and we can get you a discount as well.
if you breed anything on large scale or hobby level please feel free to stop in, call, or email and we can work out something for you guys as well.
thanks in advance, you guys will be a great help making this be a successful venture. _________________ cardboard city. |
