Off subject here, does anyone know where this phrase comes from? Its just Ive often heard "taking the mick" and "taking the 'wee'" and just asumed it was a random word put in to replace the word "'wee'"...
...however, to micturate is to urinate, micturition is urination, so taking the mic may well be more related to taking the 'wee' than it seems!

Sorry, random ramble Embarassed

(EDIT. just noticed the word filter replacement thing when i write the nasty word for wee...)
