Great choice on the Butter Stripes Claire, I should be picking some babes up in a few weeks.
Just brought some 06's :
Het Hypo Lav's
Some very pink looking Ghosts
Amber which I'm planning on breeding with my hypo bloods next year.
Looking out for some:
Crimsons
Okeetee
Sunkissed
Ian those Hypo Sunkissed are amazing and the photo's I've seen of the lava's very nice .. yep I'm also slowly getting back into the corn morphs .. just swopped out my coxi for corns .. would love to produce a corn that looked like a coxi .. only ever seen one pix of a stripe that had jet black thick lines on a red background... think that was over on The source. Thought at first I wanted to go down the blood path but the more I get back into it the more morphs, I see and want.
Fingers crossed for a good % of Golddusts
Scott a cheap little book you can order online from the USA is the Cornsnake Morph Guide : Guide to Morphology, Genetics, Pricing & ID .. it's not a fancy glossy book but has most morphs in it with their background genetics and a cropped photo of the pattern & colour. Updated every year the 2007 edition also includes info on the new Lava Caramel "Topaz Morph", wide stripe, snowflake and updated pix on other morphs. http://cornguide.com/the%20guide.php a great little refrence book. $20 shipped to the UK.
Phobia good luck with your future breeding .. look forward to seeing the pix.

Didn't realise you were so into Corns Sue
I'd love some pied sided blood reds, but very pricey at the moment.
I have mu coxi pair up at the mo, to help fund my Corn Problem
The Morph guide book is excellent, but i am still having a tough time understanding genetics, like bleedin maths !!! |
