|
|
Upto 6 weeks ago, the rats that we fed our Royals had always been white. We then experienced problems obtaining Weaner rats & sourced a different supplier who had black/brown ones. For some reason or another, our Royals stopped feeding. Thought nothing of it as Royals can be fussy feeders.
Bought some from our normal supplier this week and they were white. We have just fed & had 100% success. Has anyone else had a similar experience or is this result just down to smell.
Not the first time this has happened.

I have also heard of royals having a preference to certain coloured prey items although never experienced it first hand.. _________________

I have a royal that refuses to eat white rats and any other colour she is fine with. |
