Can cresties be constipated? lol
Coz, to me, Biscuit seems to be struggling!
Usually when I see 'em poop, they lift their tails up n maybe give a little wiggle n then it's done!
Biscuit looks like shes trying to poop but then she only does a wee! And last night she actually lifted both her back legs up off the floor and wiggled on just her tummy! I have to say that it was a bit amusing to watch at the time but for all her effort she only did a wee again!
Should I be worried? She's been eating fine, and is well in all other areas, as far as I can tell.. _________________

Sounds like somethings amiss, does her belly look distended or feel hard/lumpy?
Could possibly be marking territory although never seen mine do it. _________________

I think she would be too young to be marking territory yet? She's only about 3 months old, 4grams.
She's eaten well for a week and not pooped much so she does look a bit bloated, but she doesn't feel hard or lumpy.. Behaviour is very much the same as always, quite active.
Is there anything I can do that will encourage her to poop? I tried putting her in a little puddle of luke warm water and wiped her vent with a damp cottonbud and she pooped a little bit but only that white stuff they do.. no evidence of crickets passing through.
Here's a few pics: _________________

If you're that worried you could ctach her and put in a tub of warm water, just 5 or 6 mms and leave her for a few hours, make sure the tub is vented and in a warm'ish place.
She looks fine in the photos though and if she's acting normal I'm sure all is good. _________________

I'll see how it goes for now, I've decided to put her on a cricket ban until I see some poops being produced! Hopefully CGD and fruit babyfood will sustain her for now, coz I know she loves the crickets!

Could I feed her a little bit of oil of some sort? Help lubricate her insides a bit and get things on the move?
I got her out earlier on and she tried to poop (again only producing wee and a tiny bit of white) but I've never noticed it being noisy when they "go" before! *more worried* I think I will try bathing her later tonight..
Any views on the oil suggestion? _________________

I have sorted the odd gecko constipation issue with a little bit of olive oil in the past... _________________ Kind Regards,

I put a pin prick in a cod liver oil capsule and she had a few licks of that.
I hope it will help things along.. and put my mind at ease!! _________________
