my immediate answer would be take it to the vets, but as you're posting pictures on here i'm guessing you want help and advice from experienced royal keepers on the forum.
in that case some information about the royal might be useful so that people can help you out.
is it your snake? or where is it?
how long have you had it?
size?
age?
how long has it looked like this?
how well has it been eating recently? or how long since its last feed?
whats its setup like? temp? _________________ 0.1.0 Royal Python - Wednesday - CB04

It's mine. I checked her about three days ago and she was fine.
She's much better after i made her stay in the water for a massive drink. She hasn't eaten for me yet and I've had her about 4 months. She isn't dramatically losing weight. It seems like a hollow stomach as if she asn't eaten in a very long time, but like i said she is much better for having a drink.
It's been quite hot and I literally never see her of two of my others in the water unless i've put them in. So maybe she's dehydrated.
She's in a rack with other royals and they are in fine health, touch wood.
She's in blue at the minute so wont offer food, agree? _________________ A lil bit of Madagascar

I've tried defrost rat weaners, defrost medium adult rats, live adult mice. I've tried Avipro too, on my second attempt as we speak. _________________ A lil bit of Madagascar

ooo! sorry just remembered something from a while ago!?
zoo program, think London zoo!? anyway, they dip their rodents in chicken soup (i kid you not ) dry it off, then offer to troublesome feeders does the trick for them, never had to try it myself.
the example was a small python, not sure if royal. got to be worth a shot?! _________________ best of luck in the new season |

Apparently she was on defrost gerbils and hamsters before, however i am reluctant to try these because i breed my own rodents and would prefer to use mice or rats. _________________ A lil bit of Madagascar
