Well these tiny snakes arrived today, I settled them in and fed them all a mouse tail, which they all took with ease and of course took far to many photographs. I had read that hatchlings were 20cm long, but these are nowhere near this, more like 12 - 16 cms long. ( I will see if I can measure them later in the week.) It looks like they came from Russia ( from the label) and I have been told that they are captive bred.
There are two males and two females apparently. One of them has a slight deformity near her neck which I will observe closely.
These are the smallest hatching I have ever seen of any species, but they look quite healthy.

They're amazing. What's their adult length?
Very nice species!
EDIT: I see they're feeding on mouse tails. Do you think they'll switch to pinks easily? _________________

Thanks everyone. They can grow up to 1.87 metres, but will remain very slim snakes _________________ Problems are just unsolved solutions.
