He rooted through the lot and ate all the carrot. Basically is what im feeding him ok. I have offered banana and he didnt want to know. Im also dusting his crickets once a week. Is this enough?

sounds fine, obviously the greater range of foods the better the diet but greens, kale & carrot are fine. Mine just get spring greens as their veg intake and then locust and cockroaches as their insect diet.
Dusting food for adult beardie once a week is fine, although egg laying females could cope with 3 or 4 'dusts' per week.
My growing dragons are dusted 3 to 4 times per week while growing fast then slowly changed to once / twice per week.
This works for my dragons, although others may have different schedules _________________

sorry Tony, age doesn't mean too much to me, my beardeds were adults and had laid eggs by 6 - 7 months....lol
Basically they need more calcium when growing or producing eggs, so if yours is still growing etc, then 2 or 3 times a week is fine.
What are you dusting them with? _________________
