here are the first pic that i took of it in the tank tomorrow i am using the expandable foam and then will go over it in grout.

i like the way you've rounded off the edges of the polystyrene, will look great when its finished

have fun with the expanding foam - its tricky stuff, ooh and wear gloves coz if you get it on your hands its near impossible to come off (and its doesnt come off clothes or carpets either!!!)
