I just heard a funny story from a zookeeper.
Now they have this pair of cumingi's at the zoo, nice looking animals. For a while they had them in a large, but temporary, enclosure. When their own exhibit was finished they moved there and the large enclosure was used for a to house some lacies, again temporary, and then stood empty for a quite while, drying out slowly.
Now imagine the surprise when one of the keepers looks into the cage and suddenly sees a young cumingi walking around in the supposedly empty enclosure Laughing

They then started to dig around and found 8 eggs, out of which so far 5 babies have hatched Laughing

Now is that cool or not? Cool

I only know of one zoo keeping both these species, are we talking a story of Dutch pride here Ron?
