You can get day light bulbs, not sure good these will be for heating though. And for a night cycle, I as a lot of other herp keeprs use a red bulb. Not only will this help keep your night time temp but you will also be able to see their nocturnal behavior!

I'm sure there are others who will be ablso to advise you more!

I use a UV-B tube through the day to light my largest tank. It is left on between 10 and 12 hours during the summer months.

I use two 5ft Daylight tubes in the room on a 12 hours cycle, no other lighting in the room or cages. It's pitch black when the lights go out and quite funny standing in there listening to 100's of little feet jumping all over the place.

hehe bet it is lol, was thinking of getting this;

http://www.everythingforpets.com/zoo_med_daylight_blue_reptile_es_bulb.pet/use.id.5.item_id.7369.dept.1278/

and this

http://www.everythingforpets.com/zoo_med_nightlight_red_reptile_es_bulb.pet/use.id.5.item_id.7370.dept.1278/

both of them the smallest wattage.
what would be the best way to mount these?
